Cambridge Comic Art Festival 2017

Coming up at the end of August is my final event of the year… perhaps… maybe?

Sponsored by the Idea Exchange, the Cambridge Comic Art Festival guarantees a free day of activities for those who love comics. So, be sure to mark August 26th in your calendar.

Every year since its debut back in 2014, the event has expanded to include other types of vendors beyond just comic book makers as well as cosplay. This year, the event is expanding even further to include local authors. Honestly, I don’t know where they are going to fit us all!

I will be there, rubbing elbows with my husband and fabulous artist, Sean Chappell, along with other local indie writers such as Jen Frankel, Sarah WaterRaven, and Timothy Carter, to name a few.

If this is the first time you’ve heard of me, I must caution that my current novels and novelettes fall into the dark fantasy/weird categories and are more for mature young adults and adults. They have some sex, some violence, some swearing, but nothing explicit or gratuitous. They are also LGTBQ+ friendly. For more information, please click here and select a title to explore.

And if you’re still not sure about going, here’s CTV Kitchener covering the event from last year, as an overview of the event.

See you there!
